New England Patriots Win Super Bowl Thriller
It’s fun to think about why we so many of us love sports as much as we do. Is it the action? The drama? The competition? The incredible athletes?
Most likely, everyone’s answer is a little different. However, no matter what brought the millions of viewers worldwide to their TVs, this year’s NFL championship game, The Super Bowl had it all.
Iconic Cuban Leader, Fidel Castro dead at 90
Fidel Castro was the most important political figure in Cuba from 1959 to 2006. In those nearly 50 years, Castro first held the position of Prime Minister (1959 – 1976) and later President (1977 – 2006).
However, many people would argue that a more appropriate title for Castro would be dictator. (A dictator is a political leader who holds unlimited power and does not allow opportunities for new governments to form, as in an election).

But, perhaps, even more impressively, Muhammad Ali changed the way all athletes are regarded.

The NFL (National Football League) is in full swing and many exciting stories have already begun to unfold.
Although the league opened just three weeks ago, teams have already surprised their fans, for better and for worse.
Seven of the 32 teams in the league are now 3-0 (3 wins – no losses).
But it may not be the teams you would expect.
Favourites such as The Seattle Seahawks, The Denver Broncos and The New England Patriots are 3-0, but so are The Kansas City Chiefs, The Miami Dolphins, The Chicago Bears, and The New Orleans Saints—four teams that didn’t even make the playoffs last year.
